Cheese in general is one of those things that I just can’t live without, although, of course I could probably do with a little less of, but that wouldn’t be fun. Mozzarella is one of those odd cheese’s, I hate to say it, that is either only mediocre, or it’s fantastic, and by mediocre, lets be honest, its kind of bland and not worth buying. Yes, you know the mozzarella I speak of, that which we find more often then not in the local stop and shop (kudos’ they’ve been getting better, barely), watery with an expiration date wayyy to far in the future for my comfortable palette.
