Serious Eats has become one of my all time favorite cooking websites. I’m a little tired of all the usual from FoodTV, MarthaStewart, and all the other more commercial sites, not to say that I still don’t go over there, but recently I’ve been finding Serious Eats to be a much better resource. First of all, big photos, which I like, especially when it comes to cooking. Next, the contributors do a wonderful job of actually going through a recipe and explaining what is going on. They also do a lot of test kitchen work, which saves me time and aggravation. I love to experiment in the kitchen but I also want to know what works and what doesn’t and these guys help a lot.
So, if any of you guys have any desire to get some sort of an advance preview of what may or may not be brewing in my kitchen and by default then what I may be posting to my recipes section then you can spy on me by following all of my commentary at Serious Eats A Cake And Wine.
