That is a very mean title, for which you will see why, I have no idea, how to make Prosciutto di Parma, well wait a second, that’s not entirely true. I do know how to make it, but there’s basically no way that I can do it at home, for any number of reasons besides not having the appropriate pig(s) or the room in my tiny apartment. If you’re at all like me and most other people on the planet, how can you not love Prosciutto. Clearly it’s been something on my mind and so I set out to see if there was anyway I might be able to make it at home. Through my favorite culinary site Serious Eats I did manage to find an entire article on how Prosciutto di Parma is made and confirming for me the fact that I would never be able to make it myself. That being said, if you’re as curious then you should probably read all about it, an amazing fun article.
